Is Yo-Yo Dieting a sign of self-abandonment?

Dieting can be, and often is, an extreme form of self-abandonment.

And when you're a coach, change agent or public figure it's important that you walk your talk and show up as your highest and best self. (For some of you that means losing weight.)

Let me explain.

When you mindlessly 'stuff yourself' (a term clients often use) with food you hinder natural weight selection, and your mind-body-emotion system goes out of sync.

And when that happens, all hell breaks loose and in the blink of an eye, the scales have added another three kilos - whilst you slept!!!

It's not weight or food that is the problem here - it's how you think, feel and relate to food that is the real problem. And often your old fear of abandonment (usually related to a childhood experience) translates as you abandoning YOURSELF first!

OBSESSION

Many women who have weight issues believe food is their enemy and scales are their friend (or enemy) depending on the numbers, and they live their lives OBSESSED with an ideal (weight) that isn't sustainable.

And when those kilos pile on, that obsession keeps you STUCK in a state of self-loathing, leading to self-abandonment, and the cycle repeats ad nauseum!

When you love your body, love food and love the person in the mirror, weight loss is a non-event. (This IS learnable)

BECAUSE?

***With self-love comes self-respect

***With self-respect comes more mindful choices.

***With more mindful choices comes natural weight selection ( a weight your body is comfortable with - which shifts over time)

***Guided by natural weight selection, you naturally eat mindfully and intuitively.

***And when that becomes your normal, weight becomes a non-event.

INSIDE-OUT APPROACH

It's an inside-out approach and not EVER about the food. You've proven that time and time again.

And all of the above BEGINS with a different set of thoughts, which becomes a new set of beliefs and changes how you behave, giving different results and expereinces.

It's as if weightloss was never an issue in the first place.

Yes, you might put on a few kilos now and then.

Yes, you might not always love yourself completely all the time.

But, you know what? - when you have Sovereignty and an Identity that supports and guides your everyday decisiions you handle it all with ease and grace. Throw it to the U™ was designed to help you do just that.

You don't have to be a specific size to love yourself. Loving yourself first flips that switch and gives you the momentum to live your best life.

And when others judge you or comment on your weight, are they saying anything you haven't already said to yourself? It says nothing about WHO you are at your core.

VIBRATIONAL ALIGNEMENT

Others are attracted to your vibrational energy, and until that shifts, you'll experience more of the same. They reflect what you are putting out there vibrationally. What you BELIEVE right now about yourself on the inside. (not the facade you play out)

Energy is palpable - walk into any Anthony Robbins seminar or a room where people are in the middle of an argument. The vibrations are different, but both are strong enough that you can't help but pick up on them, right?

You emit vibrations all the time. You ARE vibration. Your vibrations fluctuate with your moods and states of being. They're low when you feel sad and sorry for yourself and high when you feel happy and vibrant.

Both attract, as do all other energy levels. (It can be a fun and valuable exercise to keep track of your energy levels throughout your day and notice how others react to you.)

You've probably experienced meeting someone who looked and sounded like they were one thing, but you internally sensed something different. That's your intuition warning you to stay alert. Sadly many of us have lost our ability to access our intuition. Intuition is one of our most vital resources.

Ultimately your body knows before your brain has had time to activate a thought because it's been programmed so deeply that it 'thinks' for you.

And thereby hangs the problem.

To change your behaviour, you first need to change how you think. And to change how you think needs to happen at a neurological level.

First, by disembodying old beliefs and then installing new beliefs, which you then get to embody over time so that they become your new normal.

Throw it to the U ™ might take a little longer than a diet, but unlike a diet ;
...It won't desert you
...It won't hurt you.
...It won't destroy your soul
...It will give you Sovereignty
...It will give you back your Power & Authority
...It will put you back at CAUSE and Choice
...It will help you lose Weight for the last time

So what is this Programme, and how does it work?

THROW IT TO THE U™ (WEIGHTLOSS) is the name of the programme

It's a 1 on 1 programme and runs for 8 weeks.

All calls are via Zoom based on your time zone.

At the lower end of 4 figures its a gift considering the real life benefits beyond weight-related issues.

To support you further, I've included 2 Bonus sessions (30mins each) because things come up that you wished you'd asked, or you might want to repeat a process or share a win. Anything is welcome.

I'll guide you through hand-picked proprietary neurological processes and resources that will support you in shifting old paradigms and installing new ones.

Recordings of processes to help you practice everything in your own time and help embody what you learn during the sessions.

Each session begins with celebrations, insights and questions to ensure everything is covered.

Access to me 24/7 via your private coaching portal, where we also store everything we do in the programme.

WHY ME?

Before coaching, I was a professional health and fitness leader, so it would be easy for me to design an exercise and eating plan for you.

I don't do that because it's no longer my focus. When working in gyms I'd watch overweight women come in, work their butts off for a few weeks, and then give up just as they began to see results. Even when they lost weight, they never felt good enough.

At the same time, the super-fit model types who came in and worked their butts off also never felt good enough. I couldn't understand it.

I wanted to know why. And to cut a long story short, that's how I ended up here. I trained as a Coach and then NLP Master Practitioner where I got my first taste of working with the mind.

I then discovered the Quantum Leap Coaching Method (where we work with the mind-body-emotion system wholistically) and joyfully partnered with world-renowned Coach/Mentor Femke Mortimore to introduce and coach the weight loss version of her Throw it to the U™ programme to my clients.
