I will guide you through 3 Phases.


Each Phase encompasses different levels of awareness, from diving deep into your neurology to discovering what's at the bottom of this resistance to losing weight and what has kept you stuck.


In PHASE #1


I look for the STRUCTURE of your thinking, which has created your current paradigm, and identify what needs to change to end this cycle and lose weight for the last time.


PHASE #2


Is about awakening to a new version of yourself, beyond weight loss and what that would look and feel like. Remembering that your initial "desired state" is often limited until we first clear those obstacles. (It can be challenging even to imagine leaping out of bed every day, forgetting that weight was ever an issue!)


PHASE #3


Phase #3 is about Alignment from a state of Sovereignty, owning your powers, and taking back your authority. It's important also to practise in real-life situations to ensure the transformation is fully embodied. 


Otherwise, you could be triggered by old thoughts, beliefs, people or situations and return to old habits and behaviours. 


I am hell-bent on this programme being the last time you need to lose weight. So it's essential you do the work between sessions and BE the woman who does this because she WANTS to transform old habits and beliefs and move on with her life without the baggage she's carrying as excess weight. 


You can't half-ass this. It's an all-in commitment.
